– McKesson Patient Connection, which includes the RelayHealth patient
messaging service to handle routine patient requests, e-prescribing,
reimbursable WebVisit® service for non-urgent or chronic medical conditions,
and online bill pay
– McKesson Revenue Connection, which includes RelayHealth electronic data
interchange (EDI) services or Medisoft Claims Manager for electronic claims,
remittance and eligibility

To be eligible for a rebate on your Medisoft software purchase, you must:
– Purchase and register your Medisoft software between May 1 and
October 31, 2008
– Purchase and enroll in the RelayHealth EDI and/or RelayHealth Consumer
services between April 1 and October 31, 2008
– Must be active in using the service(s) by January 31, 2009
– Actively use BillFlash for statement services (applies to the McKesson Total
Connection Rebate only)
– Enrollment in BillFlash can happen anytime before January 31, 2009
– Complete the rebate form and submit it along with the appropriate
documentation (see rebate documentation section below) by
January 31, 2009 to claim your rebate. Submission instructions are
contained on the rebate form. Qualified rebates will be paid within 6-8 weeks
from the time that the rebate form and documentation are received by the
third-party rebate company.
– To qualify for the McKesson Patient Connection Rebate, submit the following
documentation:
– A screen print of the RelayHealth Online Patient Messaging Web
page showing that all components of the RelayHealth Consumer offering
are in use (view a sample Web page screen print)
– To qualify for the McKesson Revenue Connection Rebate, submit the following
documentation:
– A copy of a RelayHealth Claims Acknowledgement Report received
from RelayHealth between April 1 and January 31, 2009 showing your
practice name, the claim billing date, and claim activity (view a sample
Claims Acknowledgement Report)
– To qualify for the McKesson Total Connection Rebate, submit the following
documentation:
– A screen print of the RelayHealth Online Patient Messaging Web
page showing that all components of the RelayHealth Consumer offering
are in use (view a sample Web page screen print)
– A copy of a RelayHealth Claims Acknowledgement Report received
from RelayHealth between April 1 and January 31, 2009 showing your
practice name, the claim billing date, and claim activity (view a sample

– A copy of the BillFlash Disposition Report (view instructions for
obtaining the BillFlash Disposition Report)
When you Get Connected with RelayHealth, not only do you have the opportunity to get a great rebate, you may be eligible to have your electronic prescribing set-up fee waived. Through December, 31, 2008, RelayHealth will waive the $50 per provider set-up fee for eScript when you also enroll in the full bundle of RelayHealth EDI.
What's more, if you enroll in any other RelayHealth Consumer solution during the promotion period, RelayHealth will waive any additional consumer set-up fees. As a result, you could save up to $300 per provider by enrolling in RelayHealth Consumer and EDI solutions by December 31, 2008.
